Az Önök által megadott oldalról nem lehet rendelni Magyarországra! A Duux hivatalos oldaláról sem lehet Magyarországra rendelni. Nem lehet sehol sem filtert kapni, ezért kérdezném, hogy visszaveszik a alza.hu-n vásárolt párásítót? Kérem legyen szívesek pár napon belül válaszolni. Köszönöm!

Vettem egy ilyen párásítót Önöknél, miért nem lehet hozzá filtert kapni? A megadott weboldalon nem sikerült rendelnem (ráadásul írtó drága), a hivatalos duux oldalról nem lehet magyarországra rendelni. Visszaveszik a gépet amiatt, hogy nem tudom tovább használni? Több, mint 80ezer forintot kiad az ember és csak a termékhez adott filter megtöltődéséig tudja használni a gépet, ez azért így nem jó. Szeretném, ha megírnák, hogyan tudnak ebben segíteni.
