"31.5 „MSI Optix AG32C" típusú monitorom van, amit önöktől rendeltem még kicsit több mint 2 éve. Mivel a termék már nem elérhető, így nem tudtam ahhoz kérdést feltenni és ezen felül nem látom a garancia időtartamát. Ha 2 éves garancia van, akkor 7.24-én lejárt.
A kérdésem, hogy a monitor induláskor bizonyos csíkokat generál. A csíkok egy alsó részen található sor ismétlése fentebbi sorban. A monitor 5-15 percig folyamatosan csökkentve a problémát abbahagyja. Tudnak segíteni a problémában? Ha nem, akkor megkaphatom az MSI Support oldalát, hogy fel tudjam velük venni a kapcsolatot?
