The dish is made of solid aluminium and features a high-quality PFLUON GRANIT non-stick surface. You can use it to boil, fry, stew, roast and bake with a minimal amount of fat, without your food sticking. The casserole dish comes with a solid glass lid with a hole for excess steam to escape and a profiled bottom. The cookware is suitable for use on all hob types and can also be used in the oven at temperatures up to 200°C.
