The SecuFirm2™ mounting system makes attaching the cooler to the AM5 socket simple and straightforward, with no complex adjustments needed. The compact footprint makes it easy to access connectors and components located close to the processor, which is a great benefit for users of densely packed mini-ITX boards.

Compact size with full compatibility
The low height is achieved by combining a 23mm heatsink and a 14mm fan, resulting in a total profile of 37mm suitable for extremely slim cases. The small base of the cooler does not extend beyond the designated area around the processor, offering unrestricted access to RAM slots, even with tall modules. This same space-saving footprint also allows for hassle-free installation of PCIe cards on motherboards where the slot is positioned right next to the processor.
Quiet operation thanks to the NF-A9x14 PWM fan
The optimised NF-A9x14 fan uses an AAO frame with aerodynamic elements and fully automatic PWM speed control. This ensures the cooler runs quietly even under heavy load. The package also includes a Low-Noise Adaptor, which limits the maximum fan speed and lets you build a very quiet system for situations with lower thermal demands.
Optional accessories and reliability
The available NA-FD1 kit allows air to be drawn from the perforated panels of small cases and, depending on the design, can improve processor temperatures. For owners of the AM4 platform, an optional mounting kit is available. The included NT-H1 thermal paste and the soldered connection between the pipes and fins ensure long-term stability and reliable heat transfer throughout the cooler's lifespan.
