The Nivona NIVO 8112 Hot-Cold Coffee automatic coffee machine features Chilled Brew, a function that allows you to prepare espresso, coffee, and café americano at a low temperature. This brewing process shortens the infusion time compared to traditional Cold Brew preparation. The coffee machine is equipped with the Aroma Balance System with 5 selectable profiles that influence the brewing process and enhance different coffee tones. It also features the Cappuccino-Connaisseur function and the option to set the coffee strength to one of 5 levels. The coffee temperature can be selected from 3 settings, and you can also adjust the grind level and the amount of coffee from approximately 20ml to 240ml. Grinding is handled by a conical grinder made of hardened steel, which has reduced noise levels. The Nivona coffee machine operates with a 15-bar pump pressure, a maximum power of 1455W, and includes an Eco mode. You can save 9 of your own recipes in the memory, and live programming or changing the factory recipe settings is also available.

Milk specialities are prepared by the OneTouch-SPUMATORE DUOplus system, which brews 2 cups of cappuccino or other milk drinks at the same time. The NIVO 8112 Hot-Cold Coffee machine also has a function for preparing 2 cups of espresso or black coffee at once, a compartment for ground coffee, and a hot water function for tea with 3 levels.
Control via the app
The NIVO 8112 Hot-Cold Coffee machine's menu includes a quick profile and Bluetooth technology for a wireless connection to the NIVONA app. The coffee bean container has a capacity of 250 grams and the water tank has a volume of 1.8 litres. A single rotary knob is used for control, allowing you to select and start the drink preparation. Information is shown on the TFT colour display. The features are complemented by two-colour cup illumination.
Automatic cleaning programmes
The NIVO 8112 Hot-Cold Coffee machine has a RomaticaPlus brewing unit that can be removed for cleaning, a brushless motor, a planetary gearbox and a multi-way valve without ceramics. Maintenance is provided by an automatic rinsing system for the milk frother and automatic programmes for descaling and cleaning. The package includes a CLARIS fresh water filter, and the coffee machine is equipped with an indicator for its replacement.
