Wi-Fi 6 wireless connection
This access point uses modern 802.11a, 802.11n, 802.11ac and 802.11ax wireless standards for stable communication with client devices. In the 2.4GHz band, it reaches speeds of up to 574Mb/s, while in the 5GHz band it provides speeds of up to 1200Mb/s. The Wave2 technological architecture supports greater transmission efficiency and high throughput when multiple phones or computers are connected simultaneously.
Network security with the WPA3 protocol
Data transmission protection meets high security standards thanks to the integration of the WPA3 encryption protocol. The device lets you set up complex firewall rules and supports hardware IPsec encryption for secure connections between remote branches. With a quad-core ARM processor running at 864MHz and 1GB of RAM, all security operations run smoothly without slowing down network traffic. For wired connections, the device is equipped with five gigabit Ethernet ports. One of these ports supports passive PoE-out, which allows you to power another device. The Mikrotik C52 access point itself can be powered via a DC connector with a voltage range of 12V to 28V, or passive PoE-in with a voltage of 18V to 28V.
Management, modes and connectivity
The device operates in full router mode and its management is made easy by access via cloud services or control using a mobile app. Users have access to advanced system tools in the RouterOS v7 operating system, which offers extensive options for configuring network parameters. The 128MB of internal NAND storage provides enough space for the system to run stably and to save configuration files. Physical connectivity is provided by a total of five gigabit Ethernet ports, which can be configured for WAN or LAN interfaces. Power is supplied either via the included adapter or via passive PoE input with a voltage range of 18V to 28V. In addition, the port labelled Ether 1 supports the PoE-out function for powering another connected network device with a current limit of 600mA.
