Metalac shallow pot with 24c minox Mehrzer Konix lid

Mehrzer Konix's Metalac pot is made of French stainless steel CrNi 18/10, which is well-known for its time-proven quality. It has a capacity of 4.4 litres and is supplied with a 24cm lid with a practically shaped handle that allows you to rest the lid on the pot handle or keep kitchen utensils on the top of the lid while cooking. Handles of the pot are made of cast iron stainless steel and- if not exposed directly to the heat source - will not heat up excessively. The great advantage of all Metalac pots is their slightly tapered shape, which allows you to stack them up even if they are of the same size.

Technology

Metalac pots were produced using the Impact Bonding technology. This is an advanced process of strengthening three layers of 9mm heat accumulating bottom, which ensures even heat distribution and a lower energy consumption when cooking. Due to the thickness of the bottom, cooked food will stay hot for longer even after removing the pot from the heat source. Metalac pots are designed for all types of stoves including induction and can be also used in the oven. Their maintenance is very easy and they are suitable for the dishwasher.
