Use:
Tear the bag lengthwise and pull out the two strips stuck on the foil. Peel the strip off the foil and stick it to your teeth with the side that has the gel on it (the same side that was stuck to the foil). For best results, dry your teeth before using the strips. It is better to glue the tapes when looking in the mirror. When applying the strip, press it lightly against the teeth to ensure that it follows the teeth well and allows the active ingredients to work as well as possible. If a piece of the strip is left over, place it behind the teeth towards the back. Leave the strips on for 30-45 minutes. Do not drink, eat or take extra care during the treatment. Remove and discard the strips after the application period. Remove any residual gel with a toothbrush or by rinsing your mouth. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age and for dental problems.
