Chamomile is an annual plant that grows to a maximum of 50 cm. We encounter it quite abundantly in nature, as it often grows in fields. What about chamomile tea and its preparation? Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried chamomile into a mug and pour water at a temperature of 100°C. Let the herb steep for 5 to 10 minutes and serve. For a sweeter taste, don' t be afraid to add a teaspoon of honey to your tea.

Preparation
Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea into a mug (250 ml). Pour in boiling water (100ºC). Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Keep in mind that the longer you steep the tea, the more bitter your drink will be. The rule also applies that the shorter you steep the tea, the lower its effects. You can add sweetener, honey, lemon, etc. to taste.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
