Legend in a cup, the power of a dragon
Lung Ching tea, or Dragon Well, is one of the most popular Chinese green teas, characterized by a sweet, fruity flavor with a unique, bitter undertone, so typical of green tea. This tea is characterized by long, flat leaves, the breakage of which is prevented exclusively by manual processing - the tea leaves are dried by hand in special pans at a temperature not exceeding 80 °C. The name Dragon Well is derived from a landmark that the Chinese province of Zhejiang, from which this green tea originates, is proud of.
