Because it is grown at higher altitudes, its flavor is very mild, and the light infusion combines smooth notes of honey and chocolate without any signs of bitterness. Golden Monkey is completely unique in terms of taste and is quite different from other teas. The colour of the infusion is light brown and the aroma is quite complex with bright sweet notes. The taste of the tea is balanced and it is possible to detect light hints of honey, which gradually transition into chocolate, nuts and spices. The aftertaste of the tea is again very complex and smooth, without any sharp or unpleasant bitter notes.

Preparation
We recommend using 1 teaspoon of Golden Monkey tea for every 150 ml of water. The recommended steeping time depends primarily on how strong you like your tea, but it is recommended not to steep the tea for less than 3 minutes or more than 5 minutes in the first steeping. In total, up to three infusions can be prepared from Golden Monkey tea.
