Use:
Before applying the eyelash colour, coat one side of the RefectoCil Eye Protection Regular eye protection paper with the cream and gently place the paper under the lower lashes, as close to the edge of the lower lid as possible. Then you can colour your eyelashes. Once the colour has been absorbed and the time has elapsed, remove the papers and rinse the lashes with water.
