Ingredients
Blackcurrant, Goldilocks, Needles, Sage, Ladder, Horsetail, Sizzle, Bears.
Preparation
Infusion (leaves, shoots, flowers):
Cover 2 teaspoons with 1/4 litre of boiling water, leave to infuse in a covered container for 10 minutes, then strain.
Decoction (roots, fruits, seeds): Add 1-2 teaspoons to 1/4 l of cold water, bring to a boil, simmer for 1 minute, let stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain.
Recommended dosage
Always prepare fresh, ideally 2-3 times a day.
Storage
Store dry and up to 25 °C.
