5five Simply Smart Automatic Waste Bin 40L, Stainless Steel, Silver

The 5five Simply Smart sensor bin makes waste management in your kitchen or office easier. With a 40-litre capacity, it holds a large amount of rubbish, reducing the frequency of emptying. The lid opens automatically thanks to a motion sensor, contributing to hygienic operation. For times when you need to keep the lid open for longer, the bin is also equipped with buttons for manual control. The stainless steel body is also easy to keep clean.

Hygienic and flexible opening

The bin opens fully automatically. Thanks to the built-in motion sensor, the lid opens as soon as you move your hand close, and closes by itself after a short while. This means you don't have to touch the bin at all, which is especially hygienic when cooking. If you need the lid to stay open for longer, for example when throwing away a lot of rubbish at once, you can use the manual mode. This is activated by pressing the buttons on the front of the lid.

Large capacity and easy maintenance

With a total capacity of 40 litres, the bin is also suitable for larger households or offices that produce more waste. The large capacity reduces how often you need to empty the bag. The body of the bin is made of stainless steel, which makes it easy to maintain. Any dirt or fingerprints can be easily wiped away with a damp cloth, so the bin will always look clean.

Functional lid and power supply

The bin is equipped with a sealing lid that, when closed, prevents unpleasant odours from spreading into the surrounding area. The entire automatic mechanism is powered by four AA batteries. The batteries are not included in the package. Thanks to battery operation, you are not restricted to placing the bin near a power socket.
