Introductory provisions
Alza.cz Kft., a commercial company, company registration number: 01-09-286873, tax number: 25745849-2-41, registered office: 1134 Budapest, Róbert Károly körút 54-58 (hereinafter referred to as “Alza”), org anizes a marketing campaign entitled “Mega sale” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) from 06 July 2026, 00:01 until 20 July 2026, 23:59 (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”), and hereby defines the rules and conditions of the Campaign, which are available at www.alza.hu/mega-arparade.
Alza draws attention to the fact that the general terms and conditions applicable to Alza advertisements also apply to this Campaign.
As a retail business entity, Alza primarily sells products to natural person consumers and organizes its promotions accordingly. Alza expressly reserves the right – in order to serve as many natural person consumers as possible – to refuse to conclude a contract and thus reject an order placed by a Buyer who does not qualify as a consumer in cases where the quantity ordered exceeds the amount customary for everyday use and intended to satisfy the average needs of such natural person consumers. In such cases, Alza will notify the Buyer by email of the refusal to conclude the contract and will refund any purchase price or advance payment already paid. At the same time, Alza reserves the right to make delivery of the Goods to a Buyer who does not qualify as a consumer conditional upon advance payment of the purchase price.

These terms do not constitute a binding offer or a public offer to conclude a contract.
Conditions of participation in the campaign
The current selection of products participating in the Campaign is always available at www.alza.hu/mega-arparade (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”).
Alza reserves the right to limit the quantity of certain Products that may be purchased by one customer during the Campaign. In such cases, Alza’s system will automatically prevent the customer from adding more Products to their cart during the Campaign than the permitted purchase quantity for the given Product.
The discounted price is automatically displayed next to the Products participating in the Campaign on the Alza website.
Alza declares that the discounted price of the Products included in the Campaign is calculated from their original price, the detailed definition of which is set out in Article VII of Alza’s General Terms and Conditions.
The available stock of certain Products is distributed among consumers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, and other countries served by Alza.
Alza reserves the right to modify the range of Products offered at a discount during the Campaign Period. Certain Products may be gradually included in or removed from the Campaign and may therefore not necessarily be available at a discounted price from the beginning until the last day of the Campaign.
Alza expressly declares that the discount cannot be redeemed for cash, even if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal regarding a Product purchased using the discount. Alza will not refund the amount of the discount in cash to customers who return Products for which they received a discount.
Final provisions
Alza assumes no liability for errors occurring on the part of third parties (e.g., internet service providers), including but not limited to delays in the transmission of electronic messages.
Alza is entitled to modify the terms of the Campaign or to terminate the Campaign.
Participants are not entitled to reimbursement of any additional costs incurred in connection with participation in the Campaign. Alza excludes liability for any claims for damages, compensation, or indemnification related to participation in the Campaign, including costs, damages, or losses arising from or connected to any errors, deficiencies, malfunctions, or delays occurring during the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, Participants expressly waive any claims related to the organization of the Campaign or the Discounts against Alza or any third party.
The Campaign rules enter into force on the date of publication of these rules and are valid from that date. In the event of discrepancies between different versions of the Campaign Rules, the latest version published on www.alza.hu shall prevail and be binding.
