The MakTrade HRC 125 heat recovery unit is designed to maintain a constant exchange of air in a closed space. The device is equipped with a regenerator that accumulates thermal energy from the air leaving the room and heats the air entering the room, thus ensuring minimal heat loss (the heat recovery efficiency is greater than or equal to 90%). The product has a modern design, its installation is simple and quick, and it features extremely quiet operation. The casing, grille and blades are made of ABS plastic, which is resistant to moisture and damage. The device complies with all applicable standards for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The heat recovery unit is equipped with highly efficient direct-drive EC (electronically commutated) motors, which provide quiet operation, long life and low electricity consumption.

The operating cycle of the device includes the following steps:
Step I: Stale warm air is extracted from the room in extraction mode. As the air passes through the regenerator, it heats it up. 60 seconds later, as the regenerator accumulates heat, the fan switches to supply mode.
Step II: In supply mode, cold fresh air passes through the regenerator and is heated to room temperature. 60 seconds later, as the regenerator cools, the fan switches to extraction mode.
