Hungarian Post - Home Delivery

If you choose home delivery by Hungarian Post as your method of delivery, your order will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days. We have compiled a detailed explanation below.

• Delivery area: the entire territory of Hungary
• Delivery days: business days
• Delivery time: on business days, usually within 1-3 working days (upon confirmation of the order)
• In case the order is received by 10:00 the previous day and *all products are in stock
• Delivery time: from 8:00 till 17:00
• Cash on delivery method (for home delivery and postal delivery): by cash or credit card.

Unfortunately, the exact time of delivery cannot be determined. On the day of the home delivery, you will be notified about the expected time of delivery by SMS. In case the post office employee is unable to reach the customer, the delivery will be repeated the next business day. After two failed delivery attempts, the order can be picked up at the nearest post office.

Please note that if the shipment is not picked up within 10 calendar days, the parcel will be returned.

*Orders placed at weekends and on holidays will usually be picked up by the carrier the next business day and will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

If you have a problem with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Follow these steps:

1. There are two ways to return a product:
   • Wrap the product.
   • Go to the nearest post office.
   • Tell us that you want to return a product to Alza.
   • You will then receive a label with your name and the following address: 1137 Budapest (Hungary), Róbert Károly krt. 54-58
   • The package will be returned to our store in Budapest.
2. Another option - administration from your home, via the website of the post office. Click the link below and select "Return Package." Follow the steps to return your parcel here.

The above only applies to packages delivered to private individuals. Products can be returned for up to 14 days.

You will need the package number to retrieve the information. This will either be on your invoice or emailed after you pick up your parcel.
