The Lamart LT1286 CAST roasting tin is made of aluminium and has a square shape. The non-stick interior surface is scratch-resistant, which prevents food from burning. You can use the roasting tin on gas, electric and induction hobs, as well as in the oven up to 250°C. A glass lid is included. Both the roasting tin and the lid are dishwasher safe.
