LaCie 2.5" Rugged USB-C 2TB
LaCie 2.5" Rugged USB-C 2TB
The Most Modern Member of the Rugged Family
Original orange design, with reasonable dimensions, high capacity and high reliability makes the Rugged external drive from LaCie one of the most popular storage devices. High performance and incredible durability add to their popularity, making them perfect companions for all your travels.
Small with a High Capacity
External drives from the Rugged USB-C series are available in three extraordinarily large capacities. The smallest version is 1TB, the medium one 2TB, and the largest one 4TB. Despite the large capacity, the dimensions of the disk are relatively small. The two smaller drives have the same dimensions and weight, but the 4TB version is slightly larger and heavier.
Extremely Reliable
High-quality protective packaging made of rubber ensures high resistance to shocks and falls. The Rugged USB-C series can withstand a lot, for example even being run over by a one-ton car. The disk is also water-resistant, so you do not have to worry when it rains. These features ensure that you will not lose data on this disk easily.
Superfast USB 3.1 Interface
The brand-new USB-C connector guarantees that you will never have a problem with inserting the connector as it is reversible. Your data will be transmitted just as easily as you connect the disk, without having to install drivers, and in an extremely fast way.
Automatic Backup
Using the supplied software, you will easily be able to set an automatic data backup on your PC or Mac.
Password Protection
The LaCie Private-Public software ensures that your files will be absolutely confidential.
40% Energy Saving
The automatic Eco mode reduces the energy consumption by up to 40% if the device is not used.
