JVC GZ-R435G

The JVC GZ-R435G combines the durability of outdoor cameras with the popular features of classic handheld cameras. It can hold up to 5 metres underwater without a pouch.  Do not worry about dust, frost or drops from 1.5 metres. Unlike action cameras, you get up to 40x optical zoom, so you can zoom in on distant objects and details without losing full sensor quality . There is a 2.5 megapixel CMOS with backlighting, making it responsive even with minimal light levels. A light lens (f / 1.8) also helps. Notable plus is the presence of an advanced optical image stabiliser.
