Motherboard SSI EEB format designed to servers. It has two sockets LGA 1366, which can be equipped with two processors from the Intel Xeon 5500 or 5600 series. All communication between components on the motherboard controls the Intel 5520 chipset with Intel ICH10R south bridge. The memory is a total of 12 DIMM slots supporting a maximum capacity of 192 gigabytes It is possible to use DDR3 memory modules for frequencies up to 1333 MHz with ECC (Error Correction Codes) that are themselves able to detect and subsequently correct errors during data transfer.
The storage serves internal interface in the form of six SATA II connectors. Assembled hard drives can be configured in interlaced mode storage RAID 0 or RAID mirroring the first Expansion cards you can put in a total of 4 PCI Express 2.0 x8, one PCI Express 1.0 x4 and one traditional PCI slot. There is a set of USB 2.0 ports, 4 of which are in the form of outputs on the rear panel and the other two are located internally on the motherboard.
