The cost of the service depends on the price of the goods. In most cases, it is 12% of the product price.

Will I get a new product immediately when I bring my faulty one to an Alza store?
If the store has the product in stock, yes. If not, the technician will order a replacement and you will have the new product at the store within two days.

Will it be replaced even if the goods are mechanically damaged?
No. If the goods are mechanically damaged, the service is not valid.

What if the goods are no longer available?
If we don't have your product in stock, we will handle the case as a standard claim. The cost of the Immediate Replacement service will be returned to you in the form of a credit note, or we can resolve your claim by providing you with an equivalent model.

Is it possible to buy the Instant Replacement Warranty after buying goods?
Yes. You can buy it within 14 days of purchase.
