Each dive case undergoes rigorous testing to meet safety and quality standards, ensuring your optics are kept safe.

Improper maintenance may affect the product's performance. To ensure the dive case operates correctly, test it before each use by closing it and submerging it in water for 3 minutes. Then, wipe the dive case with a soft, dry cloth. Open the case and check for any moisture inside. If there is, do not use the case.
Do not submerge the dive case in deep water without the camera inside. High water pressure can damage the dive case.
Using the dive case underwater for more than 1 hour is not recommended. Prolonged exposure to water pressure increases the risk of water ingress.
Before placing the camera in the dive case, make sure the lens and the inside of the case are clean.
When closing the dive case, ensure the rubber seal is intact and in good condition, and that the parts that touch the seal are clean and free of sand, dirt, dust, and other particles.
Do not open the dive case in a place with a lot of sand, dirt, dust, or other particles that could damage the inside of the case or the camera.
After closing the dive case, check that the rubber seal is completely closed and there are no particles inside the case.
The dive case is not shock-resistant. Applying strong vibrations, shocks, or pressure to the case may lead to damage, failure, or reduced water resistance. Do not use the dive case during intense activities where strong impacts are likely.
Do not open the dive case when it is wet.
After using the dive case in salt water, wipe the case with a soft, dry cloth, remove the camera, then close the case and soak it in fresh water for 5–10 minutes. If the dive case is not soaked after use in salt water, residual salt can damage its water resistance. After soaking the dive case in fresh water, rinse it gently under running water. Do not use high-pressure water jets, as this could damage the case's water resistance.
Make sure the dive case is securely closed before washing. After washing the dive case, wipe any water droplets remaining on the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not dry it with a hairdryer, clothes dryer, or stove.
Before drying, ensure there is no sand on the dive case. Sand could scratch the product's surface when wiped with a cloth.
Do not store the dive case in a hot and humid environment.
Do not wash the dive case with soap, neutral detergent, or alcohol-based cleaning products. This could reduce its water resistance.
Do not clean the dive case with organic solvents (such as thinners, alcohol, or petrol).
