The IK Multimedia ARC ON·EAR headphone amplifier with converter and integrated frequency response correction offers a faithful, neutral and spatially realistic listening experience without the need for plug-ins or a DAW. Connection is via USB-C or a 3.5mm analogue input, and there is also a 6.3mm TRS headphone output (large jack). This makes the device suitable for use in the studio, during mastering, or when working on the go. Its compact dimensions and low weight make it easy to carry, and it runs for up to 4 hours on a single charge. The ARC ON-EAR Control app makes it easy to operate. A transport case is included in the package.

Headphone correction using over 250 measured profiles
The IK Multimedia ARC ON·EAR uses over 250 carefully measured headphone profiles, created on the GRAS Acoustics system. The built-in high-resolution calibration engine precisely compensates for the colouration of individual headphone models and provides a neutral, balanced frequency response comparable to studio monitors.
IK Multimedia ARC ON·EAR – a more natural stereo space for mixing and mastering
The headphone amplifier uses crossfeed and near-field reflection modelling, which creates a natural stereo space similar to listening on studio monitors in an acoustically treated room. The ARC ON·EAR model enables more accurate decisions when mixing and working with panorama and reverb, without the unwanted fatigue of long listening sessions.
ES9290 DAC and audio conversion parameters
The device is driven by an ES9290 digital-to-analogue converter, which ensures high-resolution audio and converts the audio signal with high fidelity, wide dynamics and minimal distortion. It also preserves the subtle details of recordings.
