FISKARS Splitting Axe S - X24

The Fiskars X24 S splitting axe is designed for splitting logs with a diameter of 10–20cm. It combines lightness with high performance thanks to its FiberComp™ handle, which effectively absorbs shocks. The double-hardened, forged carbon steel blade has a special coating that reduces friction and protects it from corrosion. The non-slip SoftGrip™ surface and curved end of the handle contribute to a secure and firm grip while working.

Sharp blade for efficient work

The core of the axe is a double-hardened, forged carbon steel blade. The improved X-Series™ blade geometry makes it easier to penetrate the wood for efficient splitting. The blade's surface is covered with a special coating that reduces friction while also protecting it from corrosion. The 864g axe head helps to generate enough force to split logs up to 20cm in diameter.

Lightweight handle and secure grip

The Fiskars X24 S axe has a handle made of FiberComp™, which is very lightweight and absorbs shocks during work. The non-slip SoftGrip™ surface on the handle helps ensure a firm hold. Safety during chopping is enhanced by the curved end of the handle, which prevents the tool from slipping out of your hand. The axe head is inseparably joined to the handle.

The axe has a total length of 60cm. The head weighs 864g, while the total weight of the tool is 1293g. The package includes a protective sheath, which protects the blade during storage and transport. The handle includes a hole for hanging.
