Ceresit Polyurethane Adhesive CT 88 White

CT 88 White is a highly effective, low-expansion filler foam, ideal for filling joints and gaps between EPS and XPS insulation boards, including within Ceresit Ceretherm thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS). Its fine white structure guarantees a clean and professional appearance, and it also boasts high resistance to UV radiation. Ceresit offers 20% more thermal insulation and 50% more sound insulation (63dB). The recommended gap width is 2 to 5mm, making this foam the perfect choice for insulating buildings, repairing damaged insulation boards or installing window and door frames. CT 88 White is excellent for a wide range of applications, including filling gaps around pipes, fixing and insulating wall panels, roof tiles, and other structural details. Thanks to its low-expansion formula and the high homogeneity of the adhesive, it minimises the risk of deformation, ensuring a stable and solid fill. How to use:
1. Before application, bring the adhesive can to room temperature (approx. 15°C). Shake the can thoroughly and remove the cap lock. Then attach and secure the application gun. Make sure the gun is screwed on tightly and the manual lock is closed. Open the trigger lock and press to release the foam.
2. Hold the can vertically, upside down. Foam the joints to fill them as much as possible within the thickness of the insulation boards. For better application in narrow gaps, we recommend using a PVC nozzle on the application gun. High air humidity can speed up the adhesive's curing time.
3. Wash off fresh adhesive residue with Ceresit cleaner.
