JetAssist for more efficient detergent use
JetAssist technology helps deliver water and detergent exactly where they are needed – directly onto the laundry in the drum. A specially designed nozzle distributes the mixture from above, directing it straight onto the textiles instead of letting it drain away unused. This makes better use of the detergent, soaks the laundry more effectively, and contributes to a more even washing result.
ActiveMix Drawer for perfectly mixed detergent
The ActiveMix Drawer helps to effectively mix the detergent with water before the mixture even reaches the laundry. A clever roller promotes even dissolution of the detergent right from the start of the wash, creating a richer washing solution that penetrates the fibres better. The result is more consistent fabric care and more thorough removal of dirt with every cycle.
FastWash for clean laundry on a busy day
The GORENJE G2WP8AW washing machine offers practical quick programmes that are perfect for normal daily loads of laundry. The Power 49' programme washes laundry in less time, while the QuickWash function lets you shorten selected standard programmes as needed. This makes it easy to get clothes clean even when you're in a hurry or need to quickly freshen up an outfit for the next day.
Allergies programme for hygienically clean laundry
The ExtraHygiene programme, also known as the Allergies programme, helps to remove up to 99.9% of bacteria and yeast from your laundry³. The combination of steam and high temperature contributes to a higher level of hygiene and also helps keep the inside of the washing machine fresh and clean, even with long-term use. You'll particularly appreciate this level of care for towels, bed linen, or textiles for sensitive skin.
More economical than energy class A
With the GORENJE G2WP8AW washing machine, you get not only clean clothes but also economical operation with every wash. The appliance achieves an energy efficiency that is 30% better than the minimum requirement for an A energy rating¹. Lower energy consumption helps to save on running costs and protect the environment, without having to compromise on washing quality.
Compact design for easier placement
GORENJE G2WP8AW features an impressive CompactFit design. This lets you place the appliance even in tight spaces. Thanks to its slimmer construction and practical functions, it will easily fit into your home. GORENJE G2WP8AW is the ideal solution for making the most of every square metre.
AntiCrease for less creased laundry
The AntiCrease function helps to keep laundry smooth and ready to be taken out long after the cycle has finished. If you can't empty the machine right after the wash is done, the drum will gently rotate for up to 12 hours, preventing the laundry from sitting in one place for too long and getting unnecessarily creased. This leaves your clothes smoother, fresher, and makes subsequent ironing easier.
Speed 15' for quick washing of smaller loads
The Speed 15' programme is ideal for times when you need to quickly wash a small amount of laundry. It can freshen up a load of up to 1kg in just 15 minutes, making it perfect for lightly worn clothes, a morning rush, or unexpected situations during the day. The short programme saves time and provides a practical solution for the everyday running of your household.
DrumClean for a hygienically clean drum
The DrumClean programme uses high-temperature water to thoroughly clean the drum. It helps remove detergent residue, deposits, and bacteria that could build up inside the appliance over time. Regular drum cleaning promotes a fresh laundry scent and hygienic machine operation, while also helping to keep the appliance in good condition without complex maintenance.
WashControl adapts the wash to the load size
The WashControl function detects the weight of the laundry load and adjusts the washing parameters accordingly. This enables the GORENJE G2WP8AW washing machine to manage water, energy, and time more efficiently, without any unnecessary waste. For smaller loads, it helps reduce energy consumption by up to 68%, water by up to 45%, and cycle time by up to 21%2. This makes washing more economical, smarter, and better adapted to the actual contents of the drum.
PowerDrive inverter motor for quiet and reliable operation
The PowerDrive inverter motor delivers powerful performance, quiet operation, and a long service life. It is designed to handle daily washing with less wear and tear while gently caring for your laundry. The energy-efficient motor helps reduce consumption during every cycle and contributes to the washing machine's reliable operation, even with frequent use.
1 Based on internal testing. The relevant models with improved washing parameters are up to 30% more efficient than required to meet the A energy class limit according to Regulation (EU) 2019/2014.
2 Based on internal testing. Relevant models with the Motor Weight Control function can save up to 68% energy, up to 45% water, and up to 21% time. The energy cost comparison was made using the ECO 40–60 programme between a full and a quarter load.
3 Based on SGS laboratory testing, report no. SHES210500924674. Up to 99.9% elimination of bacteria when using the ExtraHygiene programme. Individual results may vary.
