Garmin Vívofit 4 Black (S/M)

The elegant and refined Garmin vívofit 4 fitness band in black will become your best buddy, not only for sports, but also for wearing at work or when socialising. The strap can also be changed with ease and  there are many colourful and stylish variations of the strap available to suit every mood or situation. It is also equipped with an improved locking mechanism to protect against accidental loss. The battery has a long life of approximately one year.

Personalized Activity Tracking Plus Motivation

vívofit 4 inspires you to get up and move. In addition to tracking steps, distance, calories burned and sleep, it also tracks periods of inactivity. A coloured move bar fills up to alert you if you’ve been stationary for too long. Reset it by walking for a couple of minutes. vívofit 4 even learns your current activity level and then assigns an attainable daily step goal. As you meet your milestones, it will adjust your goal for the next day, gradually nudging you toward a healthier lifestyle. No need to manually start and stop your activity timer — Move IQ has you covered. It can automatically capture and classify different activities such as walking, running, biking, swimming and using an elliptical. For walks and runs, it can even start an activity timer automatically. Review the captured data later on with Garmin Connect.

Creative Technology with the Garmin Vívofit 4

The most important part of the fitness band is its tiny colour LCD display with a resolution of 88 × 88 pixels. Despite its size, it is easy to read and keeps going, thanks to its low power consumption. The fitness band uses ANT+ and Bluetooth to connect with other smart devices such as mobile phones, tablets and computers (mobile devices compatible with iOS, Android). Automatic synchronization can then take place with these devices.
