Tactical Battles
The new tactical roguelike concept brings Worms: Galactic Tactics Xbox Series X to fully destructible 3D battlefields, where every move offers an opportunity for thoughtful movement, precise aiming, and the use of weapons and useful items. Choose the right position, gain the advantage of higher ground, and use the skill mini-game to time your attack to hit the target and get a chance for a critical hit.
Galactic Gauntlet
At the centre of Worms: Galactic Tactics Xbox Series X is the Galactic Gauntlet, a multi-stage deathmatch full of increasingly challenging battles. You'll gradually face new types of enemies, specialists and champions, with each victory bringing new opportunities to upgrade your arsenal and prepare for the next encounter. Your goal will be to rise to the gauntlet's ruthless ruler, Emperor Flugg.
Destructible Arenas
Each battlefield in Worms: Galactic Tactics Xbox Series X will feature a fully destructible 3D environment, so explosions can change the shape of the arena during the battle itself. Prepare your ideal position, aim accurately, and let the explosions destroy your opponents and parts of the surrounding landscape. The hand-crafted arenas will take you through a variety of environments, from Candyland to the Imperial Palace.
WEAPONS
Upgrade Your Arsenal
The classic weapons of the Worms series are complemented by new destructive tools, including the Beambow, Meteor Sheep, Die-napple and Cosmic Donkey. The modification system will offer you new ways to customise your weaponry and create your own loadout after each battle. For example, you can enhance bazooka explosions, add the ability for the Fire Punch to drain life, use the Grapple to stun enemies, or create shields, empower allies and set fire to a part of the map.
BATTLES
Progression and New Challenges
The series of battles in Worms: Galactic Tactics Xbox Series X will gradually introduce new tactical challenges and opponents. After defeat, you'll use the Juice you've acquired to upgrade your worms and then you can get right back into the action. Item Crates will expand your available arsenal with more equipment, so you'll be able to find the right combination of weapons and upgrades for every situation.

Two-Player Duels
When you're not making your way through the Galactic Gauntlet in Worms: Galactic Tactics Xbox Series X, you can test your tactical skills in 1v1 mode. You'll be able to compete locally and online against opponents from across the galaxy and measure your skills in a head-to-head duel.

Your Own Worm Unit
Create your own unit and customise its appearance with dozens of hats, voice packs and gravestones. Worms: Galactic Tactics Xbox Series X lets you name your individual worms and build a team to your own taste. For example, choose a look inspired by British police officers, wear a tinfoil hat, or create a colourful bunch of warriors ready to head into the Galactic Gauntlet.
