de Buyer Steel frying pan 20cm Mineral B Element with wooden handle 5710.20
de Buyer Steel frying pan 20cm Mineral B Element with wooden handle 5710.20
The de Buyer Mineral B Element pan has a long wooden handle securely attached with rivets. Thanks to the seasoning process, the pan becomes more and more non-stick over time. The pan's extra-thick iron is suitable for high-intensity heat sources, including induction. The MINERAL B ELEMENT pan will be part of your cookware for decades to come, provided you follow the instructions for using and cleaning iron cookware. The iron pan is suitable for cooking, stewing and frying, and any kitchen utensil can be used. The pan is treated with beeswax – beeswax is an excellent choice for protecting pans from oxidation and helps with the pan's seasoning process. When you purchase it, the new pan is coated with beeswax over its entire surface to prevent rusting. Beeswax can also be purchased for the maintenance and storage of the pan.
