The Dahua VDKB01-BB smart video doorbell secures the entrance area of houses, flats, or businesses and allows you to wirelessly monitor incoming visitors. The device monitors the area around your front door and transmits real-time video and audio directly to your mobile phone via the DMSS app. The 4Mpx resolution (2048 × 2048 pixels) delivers sharp detail in all lighting conditions, with video compressed using the efficient H.265 codec at a data rate of 32–2048kbps.

Wide-angle view with no blind spots
The fisheye lens offers an exceptional 180° field of view, both horizontally and vertically. This means the camera covers the entire area in front of the entrance, eliminating any blind spots. The infrared illuminator for night vision has a range of up to 10m and activates automatically when the ambient light drops.
Smart detection with artificial intelligence
Integrated artificial intelligence algorithms analyse the captured scene and distinguish between people, vehicles, and delivered packages. The system can also detect suspicious loitering within a set zone, which increases the level of security. The advanced AI filters out false alarms caused by normal movement in the vicinity, so you only receive relevant notifications.
Communication
Two-way audio is provided by a built-in microphone and speaker, enabling convenient remote conversations with visitors. Initial pairing is quick via the wireless Bluetooth interface. Stable data transmission on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies uses the modern Wi-Fi 6 standard for smooth, high-resolution video streaming.
Durable design and long battery life
Power is supplied by a built-in 10000mAh battery, which requires a minimal power consumption of 0.004W in power-saving mode. The IP65-rated construction resists dust and splashing water, making it suitable for outdoor placement. The device operates reliably in a temperature range of –20 to +50°C, regardless of adverse weather conditions.
Indoor chime
The package includes a wireless indoor chime with a range of up to 100m in open spaces, which communicates on the 868MHz frequency. The indoor receiver works independently, even during an internet outage. Recordings are saved to local microSD storage, with support for cards up to 512GB. The indoor chime is powered directly from the mains (100–240V AC) with a maximum power consumption of less than 3W.
