High-quality Manufacturing

Crumpler employs eight independent quality control officers who closely supervise the entire production process. Their job is to guarantee the perfect manufacturing of each individual product. The quality of the cases is controlled at all stages of production. As each product goes through the production process, each person checks the quality of the previous work before he or she begins working on the next step. Each case is re-checked before wrapping.

Chicken Tex Supreme™

This is a highly durable fabric that Crumpler has made to order. It is one of the main materials in the case. The use of very heavy fibre and high-density weaving adds incredible durability and quality to this fabric. In addition, Chicken Tex Supreme™ has passed a number of tests to make sure that the combination of yarn weight and weaving density will give the best possible performance.
