How to use Coravin Sparkling®
Install the sparkling wine stopper. After pouring as much sparkling wine as you wish, raise the locking handle of the stopper to the unlocked position. Place the stopper on the open bottle and firmly press the locking handle down until it is flush.
Charge the bottle with CO2
Check that the pressure indicator is green, showing that a Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 capsule is installed. Align the charger on top of the stopper and press down firmly. The pressure indicator changes to red, indicating the bottle is being pressurised. When the indicator changes back to green, the bottle is fully charged.
Visual CO2 indicator
The easy-to-read status indicator lets you know when the bottle is fully charged with CO2 gas or when you need to replace the capsule.
Tilt to release gas
When you are ready to remove the stopper, release the pressure in the bottle by simply tilting the stopper. Then raise the locking handle fully to remove it.
Reusable stoppers
The sparkling wine charger features an internal regulator that stops charging the bottle when it reaches the correct pressure.
