Whole speciality coffee beans from Brazil, roasted by COFFEE PLANT in Poland. Lightly roasted, ideal for filter coffee makers, drip machines, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press and other pour-over preparation methods. You can expect hints of nuts, milk chocolate and caramel. This coffee combines two exceptional Arabicas—India Ratnagiri and Brazil Lua Roxa—into a blend with a deep, dessert-like character, reminiscent of one big chocolate brownie. It is an excellent choice for lovers of sweet, delicate and full-bodied pour-over stories. Its profile features notes of milk chocolate, roasted nuts and caramel, which give it a remarkable depth and harmony. Preparation
Use 18.5g of coffee. Pour water at 96°C, according to this timeline: 0:00 – 50ml, 0:30 – 120ml, 1:00 – 180ml, 1:30 – 240ml, 2:00 – 300ml. Stir gently at the end.
Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
