CARE + PROTECT water filter installation
- Turn off the water supply.
- Install the connection fittings with Teflon tape and tighten them securely - make sure the flow direction on the filter is correct.
- Connect the supply pipe to the filter inlet.
- Tighten firmly and rinse the filter with approximately 20 l of water to remove fine carbon particles.
- Turn off the water. Connect the filter outlet to the supply pipe and tighten securely. Then turn the water supply back on.
- Check for leaks. If so, tighten the connections as necessary.
