A camera case is used to safely carry compact cameras or camcorders without accessories. However, you can also find cases for SLR cameras. Using the camera case extends the life of the device and prevents fall damage. The cases are made to be small and portable, so they can fit into a large pocket or on the belt. The camera case can be made of hard or soft material. Hard material includes nylon, fabric and canvas. These camera cases feature a very hard shell that provides powerful protection for your device and safeguards it from fall damage. Soft materials include, for example, neoprene or polyester. These camera cases are flexible – it’s easy to extricate the camera from them, but they don’t provide as much fall damage protection as hard-shell cases.
