Wash and dry in one appliance
The BOSCH Serie 6 WKD28490EU washer dryer lets you wash and dry your laundry in a single built-in appliance. It can handle up to 8kg of laundry in a separate wash cycle, or up to 5kg in a combined wash and dry cycle. This makes it ideal for homes without enough space for a separate dryer, but where you still want clothes ready to wear without the long wait for them to dry on a rack.
AutoDry protects laundry from over-drying
AutoDry technology uses sensors to monitor the moisture level of your laundry during the drying cycle. The appliance can then adjust the drying process to your chosen result, helping to protect fabrics from unnecessary overheating or over-drying. You can dry your laundry so it's ready for ironing or to be put straight away in the wardrobe.
ActiveWater Plus for efficient water use
The ActiveWater Plus system helps optimise water consumption based on the amount of laundry loaded. The BOSCH Serie 6 WKD28490EU washer dryer can therefore efficiently wash even smaller loads without wasting water. The result is practical laundry care suitable for everyday washing, even with a less-than-full drum.
Quiet and efficient EcoSilence Drive motor
The EcoSilence Drive motor is designed for quiet, efficient, and reliable performance. Its brushless design reduces friction, which contributes to lower noise levels and smoother operation. This makes the washer dryer well-suited for households where quieter operation during washing and drying is important.
Wash & Dry 60 for quick care of smaller loads
The Wash & Dry 60 programme is perfect for when you need to quickly wash and dry a small amount of lightly soiled laundry. It completes a full wash and dry cycle in 60 minutes, making it a practical choice for a favourite T-shirt, shirt, or a small daily load.
SpeedPerfect shortens the washing time
The SpeedPerfect function is designed for situations when you need clean laundry faster. It can reduce the washing time by up to 65% while still maintaining very good washing results. It's useful with standard programmes when you don't want to wait longer than necessary.
Enjoy fresh and less creased laundry
The BOSCH Serie 6 WKD28490EU washer dryer uses a Steam Treatment programme that gives your laundry an extra steam treatment to smooth it out, or even replace ironing. You can have your clothes steam-treated to achieve a great look and reduce creasing.
Hygiene Care for more thorough care
The Hygiene Care programme is designed for laundry where you want to achieve a higher level of hygienic care. It is suitable for more durable fabrics and for situations where you need to treat laundry more thoroughly. The BOSCH Serie 6 WKD28490EU washer dryer thus offers a practical solution for households with more sensitive hygiene requirements.
Reload function for forgotten items of clothing
Thanks to the Reload function, you can add forgotten laundry or remove an item after starting the programme, if the current phase of the programme allows. Simply pause the programme, put the laundry in the drum, and resume. This function makes everyday washing easier, as sometimes an item turns up only after the cycle has started.
