Recommended dosage
Adults take 1 capsule daily ½ hour to 1 hour before bedtime. The capsule is swallowed whole and washed down. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage! A beneficial effect is achieved when 1 mg of melatonin is taken before bedtime.
The beneficial effect of the time shift is achieved with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg to be taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for several days after arrival at the destination.
