How to keep your battery in great condition

A battery's capacity is reduced when it is constantly connected to the power supply, so we recommend that you disconnect the device from time to time. If the battery is not in use, store it in a dry place and recharge it every six months or so.
What causes damage to batteries?
One of the most common causes of battery damage is when you deplete it completely and don't use it for a long time. Also, exposing batteries to temperatures above 60°C or below 5°C will cause them harm. Only ever charge your laptop at room temperature and only use the battery with the devices for which it is intended. Also be careful that the battery is not subjected to short circuits or power surges and protect it from mechanical damage, chemical agents and moisture.
