The Steelmate JS16 jump starter is used for emergency starting of a vehicle engine with a dead battery and for powering small electronics. This device contains a lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 16,000mAh. The jump starter provides a starting current of 1,000A to get petrol engines up to 6L and diesel engines up to 5L running. The device also functions as a portable power source for phones or tablets.

Safe Operation
Protection systems protect the device and the connected vehicle against short circuits, overcharging, overcurrent, and reverse charging. The outer casing of this device is made from L94-VO flame-retardant material. The device operates reliably in low temperatures down to -20°C and is suitable for safe use during the winter. The integrated display shows the current power output.
Torch and Fast Charging
The built-in LED torch offers three different lighting modes, which include standard lighting, strobe, and an emergency SOS signal. Two USB-A output ports support fast charging for mobile phones or tablets with 24W of power. A fully charged battery provides enough energy for up to fifty car starts without needing to be recharged in between. An integrated DC output with a voltage of 12V is available for connecting other appliances.
