The manufacturer recommends applying the thermal insulation sheet with an overlap and covering the join with self-adhesive thermal insulation tape. Its minimal thickness also makes it ideal for tight spaces.

It can withstand temperatures up to 454°C. The self-adhesive side can withstand above-standard temperatures up to 162°C. It is also resistant to long-term exposure to UV radiation.
