 The 220 Compass snow chains are designed for 4 x 4, SUV or light trucks and vans. The chains themselves are made of high-quality stainless steel, which have a very long service life. The optimum weight of the car is up to a total of 7.5 tons. The cross track of the chain ensures better roadholding and therefore better control of the vehicle in bad weather. The two pieces of chain can be fitted on a conventional bike and the total assembly takes less than five minutes. The chains can be stored in a textile bag that is easy to carry. They meet TÜV/GS certification requirements. Note that the maximum possible speed that a chained vehicle can achieve is 50 km/h.
