ROG Strix Arion is an SSD enclosure that fits a 2230/2242/2260/2280 M.2 PCIe NVM Express SSD and features USB-C 3.2 Gen 2×1 connectivity for data transfer speeds of up to 10Gbps. Its sleek aluminium alloy case features thermal pads for excellent heat dissipation, exclusive ASUS Aura Sync lighting effects, and a protective holder with an R-shaped hook, which combine to make the ROG Strix Arion a high-performance mobile storage solution.

Support for M.2 PCIe NVM Express SSDs
ROG Strix Arion is compatible with 2230/2242/2260/2280 M.2 PCIe NVM Express SSDs up to 2TB with an M key/B+M key. ROG Strix Arion does not support SATA-based B key/B+M keys or PCIe/AHCI-based M keys. ROG Strix Arion does not currently support Micron P5 SSDs or Realtek RTS5765DL/RTS5766DL controllers, such as the ADATA SWORDFISH and ADATA XPG SPECTRIX S20G, among others.

The aluminium alloy case, with its included thermal pads, significantly reduces operating temperatures, which helps maintain high transfer speeds and extends the lifespan of the SSD.
Innovative screwdriver-free installation
ROG Strix Arion uses a pin-and-thumbscrew installation system, making it easy to mount your SSD into the enclosure. No screwdriver is required.
Dual USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A cables
ROG Strix Arion comes with both USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A cables, which provides greater convenience and compatibility with a wide range of devices, including laptops, smartphones, PCs and gaming consoles.
