Versatile tri-mode connectivity
ROG SpeedNova wireless technology offers up to 1500 hours of stable, uninterrupted, near-zero-latency gameplay in 2.4GHz RF mode (with RGB and OLED off). Alternatively, you can use Bluetooth mode to connect to up to three devices at once, or charge and play simultaneously in wired USB mode. The technology optimises wireless data transfer to deliver top-tier, low-latency performance. Even in noisy environments cluttered with disruptive RF signals from surrounding wireless devices, ROG SpeedNova ensures peak polling rates by powering through signal-jamming with strong connections and scanning for available frequencies with minimal interference. Meticulously engineered to minimise power consumption.
Redefining the linear keystroke
ROG NX Snow mechanical switches use a composite POM material for the stem, with a PC top housing and a POM bottom housing, which ensures an exceptionally smooth keystroke. The stem wall design enhances stability and prevents dust ingress. Special tuning, along with a factory pre-lube, gives ROG NX Snow keystrokes a very solid and clean sound with a 'thocky' acoustic. The UV-coated ROG ABS keycaps are treated with a layer of hard UV coating to significantly improve their resistance to shine.
Quick access
The F1 to F5 keys on the ROG Strix Scope II series keyboards have been mapped as hotkeys for the Xbox Game Bar and recording functions.
- F1: Open Game Bar (Windows key + G)
- F2: Print Screen (Windows key + Alt + Print Screen)
- F3: Record the last 30 seconds (Windows key + Alt + G)
- F4: Start/pause recording (Windows key + Alt + R)
- F5: Mute/unmute microphone (Windows key + Alt + M)
Hot-swappable switches
Swap and install your preferred switch type for a unique, customised feel.* A unique switch-dampening foam structure with added switch-dampening pads absorbs pinging noises and echoes for improved keystroke acoustics. The exclusive ROG gaming switch – tuned for a great keystroke feel and consistency with rapid actuation. The switches have lubricated stems and base housings that offer a smoother click feel and eliminate spring bouncing noises.
*Although the switches are hot-swappable, we do not recommend swapping switches while the keyboard is on to prevent short-circuiting.
