The ASRock B150M-HDV is made from premium materials and components that deliver the most efficient performance for the system as a whole. In addition to the Socket 1151 for Intel Skylake processors, the motherboard has two memory slots for the latest DDR4 memory, clocked at speeds up to 2133 MHz.
Since this motherboard was originally designed to accommodate powerful computer systems, all the potentially heat-stressed parts of the motherboard are cooled by effective passive heatsinks. Very practical is also the so-called I/O Armor, which covers the rear connector block. It protects them from damage caused by static electricity and careless handling. That is further enhanced by over-surge protection, so your computer is sure to stay safe even in storms. Another interesting feature is the unique PCB construction, which is much denser compared to common variants. As a result, humidity can’t reach deeper into the motherboard, preventing corrosion and minor short-circuits.
