There are several payment methods available in our webstore. Pick the one that is most convenient for you.

Most frequent payment methods

By cash/bank card in our store

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners Club cards. You may pay by bank card in all our shops, at the AlzaBoxes and at the AlzaExpres service provider. Alza.hu (hereinafter: “the Company”) is required to comply with the legal limits on the acceptance of cash payments. For natural persons, the maximum amount of a cash payment is 2,999,995 HUF gross per transaction. For taxpayers required to open a bank account - including domestic legal entities and natural persons liable to pay VAT, including, in particular sole proprietors - the amount of a cash payment per contract may not exceed 1,500,000 HUF gross within a calendar month. The Company may not accept cash payments exceeding the limits specified by law.

Via online card

Pay with a card that allows online payment. Transmission is encrypted and secure. In order to process online payments, you need a card that has been issued in the EU.


Upon entering your card details, you may choose to save the card in your profile. Once saved, you won't have to enter your payment information each time you want to make a purchase.


You can change your card settings, remove, or add new cards in your account settings at any time.

Cash on delivery

You will pay the carrier upon delivery, directly at the address you specify.


AlzaExpres only accepts credit cards.


External carriers allow payment by credit card and cash on delivery, however, we cannot guarantee the option of payment by credit card for all external carriers due to the availability of couriers in a given location or temporary technical complications.

Cash/Credit card (upon delivery)

You can pay for the order in cash or even by credit card in our shop. Alza.hu (hereinafter: “the Company”) is required to comply with the legal limits on the acceptance of cash payments. Payment via credit card

In case you have a Visa or MasterCard, you can use them when shopping online. Please note that all card purchases are subject to a 24-hour security check which may delay the delivery by one business day.

Cash on delivery

You will pay the courier in cash upon the delivery of the package. The cash on delivery fee is HUF 490.

Purchase in installments

Don't have cash? No problem at all, you may also shop by paying in instalments using Cetelem commodity credit.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay offers an easy, secure, and private way to pay via your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac, without a physical card or cash. Just save your card details to the device you want to process the purchase from.

Google Pay

Google Pay is a service that provides an easy and fast way to make contactless payments, even with a traditional credit card. You need to have a card stored in the Google Store to apply this payment method, or you may need to store the card in a Google Account or in your Chrome browser.

Klarna

Klarna offers secure and flexible payment options. With Klarna, you can pay for your purchases immediately, or in 3 installments. For more information, visit this page or the official Klarna website.

Payment by Alza voucher

You can also pay for your order (hand-held or electronic products) with vouchers placed on Alza.hu. To redeem your voucher or gift card, please enter the discount code in the first step of your cart.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The value indicated on the voucher will be deducted from the purchase price of your order placed in the www.alza.hu webshop.
  • The voucher can't be exchanged for cash. The voucher is not redeemable. The value of the voucher can only be redeemed with a single purchase.
  • In case of goods for which a gift voucher has been redeemed, the amount can be refunded (in case of withdrawal of the purchase contract or a justified complaint) by replacing the gift voucher or creating a credit equal to the voucher amount which can be redeemed for other goods.
  • The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, after which the voucher becomes invalid.
  • By purchasing the voucher, you accept the terms of use of the vouchers.
  • The purchase of goods is regulated by the General Conditions of Use in force and the complaint code of Alza.hu Kft.
  • In the event of loss, the voucher can't be replaced in any way.
 

In case you receive a gift card from Alza.hu Kft., the instructions are the same. However, conditions are determined by the terms of the marketing event.

When making a bank transfer, please send the receipt of the transfer to the e-mail address, [email protected] and indicate the order number without spaces or other punctuation marks in the comment box.

Ordering and processing of the payment may take up to 5 business days via bank transfer.

For companies and institutions

Payment due (based on invoice)

[email protected] After filling in the document that can be requested, it is possible to set the due payment. The document will be sent to the headquarters of the applicant company. Please send a completed copy of this document to the email address above.

Money refund - The most common refund methods

Are you withdrawing from the contract within the 30-day deadline, or do we need to refund your money for a different reason? In this case, the amount paid will be refunded via the same method as you have paid for the products. In the folllowing, we describe you the steps.

In cash

If you paid in cash in store or cash on delivery, we will refund your money in cash at any of our shops.

By card/bank transfer

In case of a credit card payment, we will refund the money to the account connected to your credit card.


If you had paid by bank transfer, we refund the amount to your bank account.


Only the amount received from you will be refunded (bank charges related to the transfer, etc., will not be paid)
