Brazilian Arabica Santos Fancy Astrid
Arabica comes from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, more than half of which is located at altitudes above 600 metres. The south is very hilly and the weather is much cooler than in the rest of the region, making it ideal for growing coffee. The result is a delicate coffee with mild acidity, intense aroma and flavour of hazelnuts and a wonderful fruity aftertaste. The coffee beans are processed using the dry method.
Kaapi Royale India
Robusta Indian Kaapi Royale is one of the best Indian coffees and is classified as a Class A coffee, which means it is free from primary defects. It is characterised by its typically strong body with a predominantly spicy and chocolatey profile without the bitter flavours you would expect from a robusta. All coffee in India is grown at altitudes between 700 and 1 200 metres above sea level, and mainly in the shade, which contributes to a healthy and sustainable cultivation system. The coffee harvest takes place from December to February and is processed wet.
