Colour Accuracy and Image Consistency
The IPS panel covers 100% of the sRGB colour space. The internal 16-bit LUT processes colour information with high precision and displays it with 10-bit depth, resulting in smooth colour transitions without visible banding. The Digital Uniformity Equaliser technology corrects brightness and colour deviations across the entire screen surface. In addition, each unit undergoes individual factory calibration of the gamma curves, so the monitor provides accurate results right out of the box.
Hardware Calibration and colourNavigator Software
Hardware calibration is used to maintain a consistent display over time. Unlike software calibration, which adjusts the output of the graphics card and can lead to a loss of colour information, hardware calibration directly adjusts the monitor's Look-Up-Table. This process is completely lossless and preserves the original image quality. The free EIZO colourNavigator software is used to perform the calibration, which, in conjunction with an external calibration probe, performs a quick and accurate adjustment.
Ergonomics and Eye Protection
The monitor stand offers a wide range of options for adjusting your work position. It allows for height adjustment within a range of 155mm, tilting, swivelling, and rotating the screen 90° into a vertical position using the Pivot function. The anti-glare surface reduces reflections from ambient light. Flicker-free technology reduces the invisible backlight flicker that causes eye fatigue, contributing to comfort during prolonged work.
Connectivity Options
The EIZO CS2400R monitor offers a wide range of connectivity options for efficient work. The USB-C connector acts as a central docking station, transmitting the video signal, data, and simultaneously powering the connected laptop with up to 70W. The integrated KVM switch further simplifies the workspace by allowing you to control two connected computers with a single set of keyboard and mouse, switching between them automatically based on the active video input.
