it was worse on dry grass, better to pierce after rain or to soak the grass first
easy to put on the shoes, we did it according to the instructions on youtube and it stayed on the shoe just fine
it's a simple product but effective, I was a little worried but there was nothing to worry about
when you're riding hard, you're doing it instead of training: )
